Standard wear and tear or abuse are not covered.

Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 30 days. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that returned items must be in new condition. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items, custom upholstered furniture and made to order items. Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear.
